I feel really lucky that I found my bus instructor John Dale here at NTT Group. He is a healthy and positive person who will encourage you and give you the confidence you need to pass the test, but he will also keep you focussed on the task that you are here for. Very precise and to the point, focussed instructor for any training needs.

A very enjoyable experience. I felt supported and looked after every step of the process. Any issues were resolved straight away and every effort was made to make my experience as smooth as possible. I've gone from zero experience to a C+E pass in one week – I couldn't ask for any more than that.
